Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using dewytime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
dewytime is a skincare tracking application that helps you build and maintain a personalized Korean beauty routine. The app provides skincare recommendations, routine tracking, skin diary features, and product scanning.
Subscriptions
dewytime offers auto-renewing subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

dewytime provides general skincare information and recommendations for educational purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for skin concerns or conditions. We do not guarantee any specific skincare results.
Intellectual Property
The app and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Kevin Pamplona and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
User Content
You retain ownership of any photos, notes, and data you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us no rights to your content. Your data is stored locally on your device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Pamplona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions, allergies, or other adverse effects from following any recommendations provided by the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
